Owned and operated by
Chef Anthony Serrano, Bella Vino Ristorante is his
interpretation of traditional flavors and recipes.
Formally trained at the world renowned Le Cordon Bleu
school, he has a degree in Culinary Arts as well as a
Bachelors Degree in Culinary Management. As a child he
grew up watching his father, a chef that specializes in Mexican cuisine, cooking and working in
restaurants. Cooking and creating new recipes is in his
blood in a
very real way.
